Title:   Project Manager

Duties: 

• Collaborate with the analytics team to ensure projects are grounded in data-driven insights.
• Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and objectives, and interpret their needs.
• Confer with project personnel and client to find and resolve problems for each project.
• Create long- and short-term plans, including milestones, deadlines, and targets, and coordinate project activities accordingly.
• Monitor project development, milestones and timelines, review key metrics, data models, and analytical reports, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Manage client expectations during the project development.
• Delegate project team members to projects and assign their duties based on the requirements and their expertise.
• Monitor the team members’ performance and provide feedback.
• Ensure timely delivery of project supplies, communicate with stakeholders to prevent supply chain problems, and resolve issues.
• Ensure project deliverables meet required standards and achieve intended business outcomes.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews and take corrective actions to resolve quality issues.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, management science, or related field plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or related experience.
• Experience with quality assurance, project planning, project monitoring, performance evaluation, supply chain management, and operations management required.

Salary:  $60,008 or above per year

Hours: 40 hours per week

Business Intelligence Analyst

TSL engages in logistics / warehouses & fulfillment / inventory management for electronics products associated engineering support in the after sales, return repair and refurbishing.

• Synthesize current business intelligence or trend data to support recommendations for action.
• Analyze and model the business domain to create a complete picture of work-flow and technical requirements fulfilled by existing and proposed software.
• Design and build analytical solutions to streamline or automate current manual processes including inventory management, logistics in the warehouse.
• Collect business intelligence data from available industry reports, public information, field reports, or purchased sources.
• Generate standard or custom reports summarizing business, financial, or economic data for review by management

Knowledge:

Database design and data architecture

• Data mining and analytics 
• Data security and privacy 
• Data visualization, including tools such as Tableau and Qlik
• Handle all variants of SQL
• Proficient in ETL (extract, transform, load)
• Understand which situations need Hadoop, R, and SAS and use these effectively 
• Cloud computing and data storage technology, such as BigQuery and Redshift
